We use 100% mulberry silk that is produced under fair trade conditions. Our manufacturing partners are committed to ethical labor practices, ensuring fair wages and safe working environments for all artisans involved in the production process.
How should I care for my silk garments?
To maintain the integrity of the natural fibers, we recommend hand washing in cold water with a pH-neutral detergent or professional dry cleaning. Avoid tumble drying and always iron on a cool setting on the reverse side of the fabric.
Which countries do you ship to?
We offer worldwide shipping. Orders within the domestic region typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping times vary between 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, certain items like silk face masks or intimate apparel cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Are your dyes eco-friendly?
Yes, we use low-impact, AZO-free dyes that are kinder to the environment and safer for your skin. Our commitment to sustainability extends from the raw silk cultivation to the final coloring process.
