Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a unique Return Authorization code.
Prepare the Package
Carefully fold your silk items and place them back into their original cotton bags and branded box to ensure they are protected during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking receipt.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
